Mission statement

We believe that everyone has the right to be provided with only the best quality of individualised care which is dignified, compassionate while promoting choice. We also aim to empower individuals to live fulfilled lives  in their home environment. It gives them an opportunity to be in familiar environments, with a full package and support of a suitable carer. Where individuals require specialist care we will pair them up with trained carers.  Everyone has unique needs, we go with their pace. We promote and enhance positive risk taking for everyone, which often means different things for different people. We continiously  actively seek regular feedback to monitor and improve the delivery of our care.

Leadership Team

Cornerstone was founded by professionals with a strong background in care. They directors have over 25 years’ experience working in the health care sector. The founders have a wealth of experience ranging from working as, carers, nurses as well as managing care homes. Combined They possess degrees in nursing and business administration.

Registerd manager  Shelly Gore A qualified non-medical prescriber with extensive experience of working as a senior nurse and manager in the community, hospitals, care homes, GP shared care and as a hospital alcohol liaison nurse. Shelly understands the importance of building trust and frimiliarity at the beginning of people’s treatment Journey. She belives that this can be achieved through compassionate, adaptable and personalised service.
